These are the FeatureCat Diaries. FeatureCat is a feature- and feedback management SaaS I am building in public.

These posts serve both as a time capsule for me, as well as a place where anyone interested can follow along. They are me thinking through all kinds of topics required for building a SaaS-product, like development, marketing, product positioning, sales etc. They are also a sort of Captain’s log, where I am rambling about my progress.
